In honor of Women's History Month, we want to amplify the narrative of women in the workplace who want to share their experiences being employees with disabilities. This panel will discuss the visibility and awareness of disability, neurodivergence and how companies and leaders can leverage employees with personalized needs that cater to their abilities from hiring practices, personal development, financial investment, and more.

The Black Neurodivergent Experience is an hourlong discussion about the black neurodivergent experience in the workplace. The three-person panel (moderator included) covers a small variety of topics that educated members of 100 Roses From Concrete and external guests on how to build more inclusive spaces for black neurodivergent employees and coworkers. The panel was moderated by Karen Erasmus featuring panelists Llyod Thompson-Taylor and Racquel Joseph.

The Sunnyside Chat discussed how to find your confidence, how to get smart about the power and politics, navigate the unspoken rules of promotions and negotiations and get to "Where the Money Resides".
