WHAT IS THE
GROWTH INITIATIVE TAKE TWO?

The G.R.O.W.T.H. Initiative Take Two virtual mentorship project is a professional-to-professional program that provides mentorship and guidance for seasoned creative industry professionals (advertising, marketing, media, and public relations) that is primarily focused on folks ages 40 and above looking to re-enter/enter the creative industry. The mission of G.R.O.W.T.H. Initiative Take Two is to facilitate an empowering experience for Take-Two participants and provide mentors and mentees with social, personal, and professional growth opportunities. 2022 recap below

ELIGIBILITY

Apply to become a GROWTH Fellow

  • Be age 40 years and above.

  • Attend the MANDATORY program orientation on Tuesday, Jan 7th, 2025, from 8:00-9:15 pm EST.

  • Commit to the entire 3-month duration of the program

  • Commit a bi-weekly mentor/mentee meeting for at least 30-60 minutes for the time of the program

  • Have an interest in a career or continuing a career in advertising or communications

  • Have an active LinkedIn profile

  • Have access to a computer with a working camera.

  • Attend all five prep school workshops (1 hour and ½)

  • Check-in with the Take-Two administrators once a month for 10-15 mins

  • Attend the end-of-program celebration on Thursday, March 27th, 2025

  • Application deadline: December 1st, 2024.

  • Commit to the full 3-month duration of the program

  • Commit to a bi-weekly mentor/mentee meeting for at least 30-60 minutes for the duration of the program

  • Check-in with the Take-Two director once a month for 10-15 mins

  • Attend the end-of-program celebration on Thursday, March 28th, 2024

  • Application deadline: November 1st, 2024.
