The Black Neurodivergent Experience is an hourlong discussion about the black neurodivergent experience in the workplace. The three-person panel (moderator included) covers a small variety of topics that educated members of 100 Roses From Concrete and external guests on how to build more inclusive spaces for black neurodivergent employees and coworkers. The panel was moderated by Karen Erasmus featuring panelists Llyod Thompson-Taylor and Racquel Joseph.
