what is the G.R.O.W.T.H. Initiative?

The G.R.O.W.T.H.(Giving Real Opportunity With Talent & Heart) Initiative was created by 100 Roses From Concrete founder Keni Thacker, former Program Creator of the J.Walter Thompson (now Wunderman Thompson) Young Commodores program. This new virtual agency program will allow a select group of multicultural college students to gain advertising, marketing, media, and public relations experience over eight weeks. The G.I.’s for short will apply the lessons taught by members of 100 Roses From Concrete and special guests to create branding solutions for a real-life non-profit client as they learn to adapt to a new world post the coronavirus.
