WHAT IS THE
G.R.O.W.T.H. INITIATIVE TAKE TWO?
The G.R.O.W.T.H. Initiative Take Two virtual mentorship project is a professional-to-professional program that provides mentorship and guidance for seasoned creative industry professionals (advertising, marketing, media, and public relations) that is primarily focused on folks ages 40 and above looking to re-enter/enter the creative industry.
The mission of G.R.O.W.T.H. Initiative Take Two is to facilitate an empowering experience for Take-Two participants and provide mentors and mentees with social, personal, and professional growth opportunities.
ELIGIBILITY
MENTOR GUIDELINES
THE DEADLINE TO APPLY IS DECEMBER 9TH, 2022

Attend the MANDATORY program orientation on Tuesday, Jan 3rd, from 8:00-9:15 pm EST

Commit to the full 3-month duration of the program

Commit a bi-weekly mentor/mentee meeting for at least 30-60 minutes for the duration of the program

Check-in with the Take-Two director once a month for 10-15 mins

Attend the end of program celebration on Tuesday, March, 30th, 2023

PARTICIPANT GUIDELINES

Be age 40 years and above

Have an interest in a career or continuing a career in advertising or communications

Have an active LinkedIn profile

Have access to a computer with a working camera.

Attend all 5 prep school workshops (1 hour and ½)

Check-in with the Take-Two director once a month for 10-15 mins

Attend the end of program celebration on Tuesday, March, 30th, 2023
