ABOUT 100 ROSES FROM CONCRETE
What began as a hand-picked group of men in the ad, media and public relations industries to connect, collaborate and grow as professionals of color evolved into a nonprofit organization focused on bringing real, positive change in industries historically known to lack diversity, equity and inclusion. The organization, founded by Adweek Change Creator of the Year, DEI industry leader, Keni Thacker, began including women into their ranks on January 1st, 2021. 100RFC became nationally known for its Covid-19 response called The G.R.O.W.T.H. Initiative, a virtual summer agency program for diverse students who lost their internships during the pandemic.
